WHERE DOES YOUR CLOTHING & ACCESSORIES COME FROM??

We are proudly Canadian owned and operated, with distribution and
manufacturing centers in several countries, across both hemispheres,
including the United States, the United Kingdom, Singapore, and China to
list a few. Where your order will ship from is dependent on many factors,
including but not limited to the item(s) selected, stock levels at our
various warehouses, and the order's final destination. This is how we keep prices low and affordable compared to other shops! Affordability is what sets us apart from our competition. Our philosophy is: you shouldn't have to pay an arm and a leg to dress to express yourself and show your individuality. We cannot know for certain where your item will ship from until our fulfillment team has
finished processing your order and can produce a tracking number.

 

DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE & HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Yes, we ship worldwide! Orders over $100 are free!! Other orders are flat rate!

WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING & PROCESSING TIMES?

Shipping times vary, depending on where you live. North America can take up to 5-21 business days. 

International times can vary and take up to 30 business days. 

Processing can take 2-4 business days. We do not process on the weekend.

These times can vary depending on the season, shipping delays...

IMPORTANT NOTICE!

Please be aware, that due to covid-19, shipping times have been severely impacted due to the increase in online shopping, and they can be delayed longer. We are doing our best to have everything shipped efficiently. 

WHERE DO I FIND MY TRACKING NUMBER?

Once your items have been sent out, you should receive an email with our tracking information. If it doesn't work, let us know! If you haven't received one,  Email hello@bellegitane.com  and we will sort it out! 

WHAT IF MY ITEM WAS DELIVERED BROKEN?

All of our items have a 30 day warranty. Contact us by email with your receipt and a photo of the broken item in it's original package, we will be happy to replace it!

 

Returns

We offer a 14 day no questions ask return policy!

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
